Schiavo relative set to speak at Capitol
The brother of Terri Schiavo will be at the State Capitol this week to testify on proposed changes to Louisiana's "living will" law, a state senator said.
Sen. James David Cain, R-Dry Creek, is proposing a law to require that patients can't be denied food and water unless they previously requested "to be starved to death," Cain said.
It would be fun to have someone come and testify how this Schindler guy used to call his sister fat, starting her down the road that caused her death in the first place.
As for the substance of any law, I'll keep re-doing my living will every time they pull these stunts to keep up. So should you.
