Da Chief and the Nation of Islam

Superintendent Compass had the right idea--if you're going to learn why people hate you, it's a good idea to ask some of the folks who hate you a lot. Who better to ask about hate than the Nation of Islam?

You can say what you want about the extremism of Minister Farrakahn and the Nation of Islam, and I'll agree with you. Still, I'm not black, I don't live in the city proper, and I don't have to deal with NOPD daily. Eddie Compass is nobody's fool; if he thought this was a good perspective for his officers to hear, I have no doubt he was sincere in that belief.
